Refund and Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. This page explains the conditions, the exceptions and how to arrange one.
How to return something

Email us
Get in touch at help@paperandstudy.shop before the 30 days are up, with your order number and the item concerned.

Wait for instructions
We answer within one business day, giving the return address and anything the item needs.

Send it back
Return it in the original packaging to the address provided, and retain proof that you posted it.

Refund
On arrival and inspection, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Condition we can accept
The item must come back unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Used, opened or altered goods are outside the policy.
Who pays for the return
Return shipping is at your expense for a change of mind. If the item was faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, we cover the return and refund the original shipping too.
Items we cannot take back
- Products that have been opened, fitted or modified, which puts them beyond resale.
- Items returned beyond the 30-day period.
- Items sent back short of parts, or without the packaging they came in.
Faulty or wrong item
Faulty or incorrect items sit outside all of this. Write to help@paperandstudy.shop and we pay the return postage and refund what you paid to have it sent.
Refund process
Write to help@paperandstudy.shop with the order number and reason. We respond within one business day with instructions. Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.
