Payment Policy

This page sets out the accepted payment methods and the security arrangements behind them. The list is exhaustive.

Methods we accept

Credit and debit cards

Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work at checkout, processed externally by our gateway.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Available on supported devices and browsers as an express checkout option.

Klarna

Offered at checkout where eligible. Terms are set by Klarna, not by us.

Afterpay

Available at checkout where eligible. The agreement is between you and Afterpay.

Currency

The site quotes and charges in US dollars only. Nothing is added at the end – what the checkout shows is what you pay.

How your card details are handled

All card data is captured by the payment gateway, not by us. It is transmitted over an encrypted connection and we never store it.

When you are charged

Money is taken at order time rather than at shipping. Should we be unable to supply, the order is cancelled and fully refunded. See the Cancellation Policy.

Declined payments

If your card is declined, no order is placed and no payment is taken. Any pending hold clears by itself. Contact your bank, and if it recurs ring +1 212-274-1184.
