Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled any time before it leaves us. Here is how the window works and what to do once it has closed.
Payment is taken and the order joins the picking queue at Goods for the Study UWS. From that moment until packing begins, cancelling is straightforward.
Get in touch on +1 212-274-1184 or at help@paperandstudy.shop with your order number. Where the order has not gone to packing, we cancel and refund it fully in 5 to 10 business days.
We cannot pull a parcel back once it has shipped. The order then falls under the returns policy: refuse it at the door or send it back, and we refund on arrival.
Orders we cancel
On occasion we are the ones cancelling, because stock has run out, a listing price was in error, or delivery is not possible. We tell you why and return the whole amount.
Changing an order instead of cancelling
For a quantity change, an item swap or an address correction, phone +1 212-274-1184 rather than cancelling. Amendments before packing keep your order moving.
