How much is shipping?
We charge a flat $6.50 for standard delivery. Free shipping applies automatically to orders over $45; you do not need to enter anything to get it.
How long will my order take?
Most orders leave within one working day. After that, expect 3 to 7 business days in transit depending on distance. Public holidays extend both stages.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We deliver within the United States only. International shipping is not offered, and the checkout will not accept a non-US address.
Can I return something?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. This page explains the conditions, the exceptions and how to arrange one. The item must come back unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Used, opened or altered goods are outside the policy.
Who pays for return postage?
Return shipping is at your expense for a change of mind. If the item was faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, we cover the return and refund the original shipping too.
What payment methods do you take?
The Goods for the Study UWS checkout accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Full payment policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Get in touch on +1 212-274-1184 or at help@paperandstudy.shop with your order number. Where the order has not gone to packing, we cancel and refund it fully in 5 to 10 business days. We cannot pull a parcel back once it has shipped. The order then falls under the returns policy: refuse it at the door or send it back, and we refund on arrival.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Report transit damage to help@paperandstudy.shop within 48 hours, including photographs taken before the item is fully unpacked. Replacement or refund is at our expense, not yours.

How do I check where my order is?
Your Goods for the Study UWS confirmation email carries the order number; enter it with the billing email address on the Track Your Order page. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email help@paperandstudy.shop and we will chase the carrier.
