Shipping Policy
All orders are dispatched from New York to United States addresses. Read this before ordering if timing matters, because dispatch time and delivery time are two separate things.

We charge a flat $6.50 for standard delivery. Free shipping applies automatically to orders over $45; you do not need to enter anything to get it.
Dispatch and delivery times
Most orders leave within one working day. After that, expect 3 to 7 business days in transit depending on distance. Public holidays extend both stages.
Where we ship
We deliver within the United States only. International shipping is not offered, and the checkout will not accept a non-US address.
Damaged parcels
Report transit damage to help@paperandstudy.shop within 48 hours, including photographs taken before the item is fully unpacked. Replacement or refund is at our expense, not yours.
Delayed or missing parcels
If a parcel stops tracking for five business days, contact us. We open the carrier claim, not you.
